   Whatever your need--consultation, room editing, full-service staging, redesign, personal shopping or
   open house presentation, we're here to help.
 


   Home Staging Consultation: Enhancing your home for a quick sale

  First impressions are important, especially when presenting your home to potential buyers. In the
   process referred to as "staging," proper furniture placement, well-chosen lighting and accessories and
   elimination of clutter will make your home appear more spacious, comfortable, and inviting.     

   At the consultation, we will walk through your entire home and provide a list of recommendations to help
   you prepare your home for showings.

   This process usually takes 60-90 minutes and is $250, half of which will be applied toward our
   fee should you    use us for further staging services.

   Prices are quoted by the job.
 


   Interior Redesign / One Day Room Makeover

  
Interior redesign is an economical answer to your design dilemmas. No matter what your style, from
   charming and cozy to ultra-sophisticated, a redesign can help you achieve your design goals without
   blowing your budget. The goal of redesign is to help you achieve a pulled-together look that is warm,
   inviting and practical while reflecting your own personality and lifestyle -- because we use the things
   you already own to create a designer look
.

 
   How redesign works

 
The first step is the in-home consultation to determine the goals you have for your home, what currently
   works and doesn’t  work for you, and to learn how your family lives in the home and uses each room.

   Redesign Consultation: $90 for a one hour session, half of which will be applied toward our fee
   should you use us for further redesign services.

 

   On the morning of the scheduled redesign, the family goes off to work or play, while we clear the
   designated room or rooms of furnishings. We assess the architectural elements and traffic patterns,
   determine the focal point and creatively place your furnishings in a way that best highlights the assets
   of the space. With your permission we will also "shop" other rooms of your home for hidden treasures
   that may enhance the look and function of the room. When you return home you will be delighted
   with the transformation!
   $75 per hour. A typical room redesign takes 3-4 hours and costs $225-300.
   Assistants (if needed) $20 per hour).
 

Other Services:

 
   Interior Decorating Service:
Let us help take the guesswork out of interior decorating
   decisions! Consulting service includes fabric, furniture and finish selection, as well as space planning.
   $75 per hour
 

 
   Redesign by Phone Service:
You send digital photos of your room and the style you like
   and we will propose a redesign plan that works for you. The design fee includes a one-hour
   telephone consultation.
   $90 per room
 


  P
ersonal Shopping for the Home: We are happy to accompany you on shopping trips (or
   shop for you) so that you will receive expert advice, avoid indecision and costly decorating
   mistakes. If items are needed after a room has been redesigned or staged, we will
   recommend specific items to complete the look.
   $50 per hour.
 


   Move-in assistance:
Settle in and enjoy your new home quickly and effortlessly. We place
   furnishings as they come off the van, hang artwork and creatively accessorize each room. Avoid the
   indecision of what should go where, especially if you have a completely different floor plan from your
   last home. This is a great service for corporate executives, retirees or anyone else who would like to
   start enjoying their new home and surroundings immediately.
   $75 per hour.
 


   Professional Space Enhancement: Most people want to do business with a successful and well-
   organized company, as well as feel welcomed, relaxed and comfortable awaiting your services. How
   long has it been since you checked your public image? By looking at your professional space the way
   a client would, we are able to recommend subtle or dramatic changes needed to give your business the
   image and ambiance you wish to project.
   $75 per hour.
 

 
   Color Consultation:
Are you in need of a color change? Let us help you select the perfect
   paint color for your new or   existing space.
   $75 per hour
